How does NopeSub cancel a subscription?
NopeSub uses one of three paths depending on the service. Path A is an in-app guided walkthrough that highlights every click for online cancellations like Netflix, Spotify, or Hulu. Path B generates a legally-formed cancellation letter pre-filled with your account info, then emails it directly to the company; this is used for gym memberships, magazines, alarm services, and most subscriptions requiring written notice. Path C is an AI phone agent that places the call through Twilio, handles the customer service representative, follows the retention script, and notifies you when the cancellation is confirmed; this is used for Comcast, cable companies, satellite radio, and other phone-only services.
Can NopeSub cancel Planet Fitness?
Yes. Planet Fitness is one of the hardest gym memberships to cancel because most locations require either an in-person visit or a certified-mail letter. NopeSub uses Path B for Planet Fitness: it generates a legally-correct cancellation letter pre-filled with your member ID, club location, and account details, then emails it directly to the club.
